Regarding Cancellations: The Risk-Free period is for 7 days. If you wish to cancel your account, do nothing and your account will be closed after the initial 7-day free trial. You must purchase a PayPal subscription plan before the trial period expires to avoid cancellation of your account.

Once you purchase a subscription you may still cancel at anytime. To cancel after purchasing a subscription, login to your SiteLatch Account and click the Cancel Subscription button located in the Account section. You will then be asked to login to your PayPal account, which in turn will locate your subscription with SiteLatch and provide you with the option to cancel your subscription. We DO NOT handle cancellation requests sent to us by E-mail; you are responsible for canceling your own subscription. You also have full control of your subscriptions inside your PayPal account. SiteLatch DOES NOT REFUND fees paid to us under any circumstances. SiteLatch is under NO OBLIGATION to provide you with a refund at any time or for any amount after the initial 7 day period, even if the account rebills.

A - Description: A1) SiteLatch is not a payment processor and has no formal business relationship or affiliation with any payment processor, including PayPal.

A2) SiteLatch does not have access to your credit card information nor the credit card information of your subscribers.

A3) No payment processor, including PayPal, is obligated to assist SiteLatch users or members of SiteLatch users in any way. Such technical assistance is provided by SiteLatch.

B - Usage: B1) SiteLatch is to be used to provide a scripted login gateway to a membership website and to manage the members of that website.

B2) Because SiteLatch permits you to add custom fields to the member registration form, it is critical to stress that SiteLatch's form itself is NOT to be used to collect financial information such as credit card data. (Member Payments are handled securely by the Payment Processor, such as PayPal.) SiteLatch will NOT be liable for the safety of such information. (see section on Limit of Liability).

B3) SiteLatch reserves the right to refuse service to any website or customer, for any reason.

C - Limitation of Liability: C1) Because SiteLatch permits you to add custom fields to the member registration form, it is critical to stress that SiteLatch's form itself is NOT to be used to collect financial information such as credit card data. (Member Payments are handled securely by the Payment Processor, such as PayPal.) SiteLatch will NOT be liable for the safety of such information.

C2) Under no circumstances will SiteLatch be liable for unauthorized entry to your site or for data theft due to unauthorized entry. SiteLatch is a server-side script; such unauthorized entries can only be possible where the member(s) themselves are / were careless with critical login credentials, your page was coded incorrectly by you or your designers, or your server webhost fails to support provisioned scripting interpretation, all scenarios which SiteLatch has no control over. SiteLatch does NOT employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for logins. (Payments are encrypted via SSL and are handled by the Payment Processor, such as PayPal.)

C3) SiteLatch does not peruse, utilize, sell, transmit, or otherwise manipulate any data that you or your members enter into the SiteLatch database.

D - Free Trial / Billing / Cancellation / Refunds: D1) One Free Trial per person, entity, domain, or company. The System automatically detects any attempt(s) to obtain the Free Trial a second time. Accounts are automatically deleted if such abuse is detected.
